Anand Bhaskar
The Force Behind Transformation
A partner every Founder/CEO wished they had sooner. Anand Bhaskar understands founders because he has lived their journey, building teams, creating culture, scaling systems, and carrying the challenges of growth for more than 34 years.
Since 2015, Anand has built three ventures: a SAS product company that was successfully acquired, PG India, a boutique HR consulting firm, and now PG International in Dubai, focused on global business transformation.
Across roles at Unilever, GE, Microsoft, Sapient, and Adani, he learned one truth: businesses don’t get stuck because of strategy; they get stuck because leadership, culture, and capability don’t keep up with ambition.
Anand works end-to-end from how leaders align to how decisions flow, how people take ownership, and how execution scales. His strength isn’t consulting from the outside; it’s transforming from the inside of a business so it grows without depending on the founder.
