Platform stability, enhancement velocity and customer experience were not meeting expectations. To regain control and build long-term capability, the bank decided to set up its own Global Capability Centre (GCC).
They chose to absorb 1,000+ employees from the outsourced partner and hire 2,500+ new employees directly into the GCC.
